Location was horrible. I arrived promptly at 9am (when the place was supposed to be open) and ended up waiting 30 mins with about 8 other folks waiting to get our U-Haul as the owner of the store decided to come into work late. It took forever. Will not use again

The truck was blocked by a parked car and the office was closed at 8 AM despite online info saying it opened at 8 AM. When someone at the business finally moved the parked car, it was extremely difficult to exit the parking space due to construction in the front parking lot; multiple back and fill maneuvers required next to a flimsy fence along a 10 foot deep hole in the ground.
WILLIS BIt’s under construction so it made the pickup difficult.
Tim MI dunno, cleaner truck. Harry the associate who helped us was great though.
tony nUtility trailer roof leaked. Ended up having to throw out a few small items. Otherwise, very easy and convenient.
