The young man who manages the rental trucks does a great job. This is my second time renting from the Newark, DE location because of his great customer service. Highly recommend the 804 S College Ave location.

The truck was not ready when I got there and when I contacted customer service, they said they had no trucks available after waiting around for quite a long time. I finally got a vehicle.
Suzette MFour trucks were parked in by another truck, and there was nobody around to contact, no phone number, and no way to get assigned a different truck that wasn’t parked in.
Grace T11 am was my drop off time. It's not a shell gas station anymore. It is a tire shop and they was not even open. I had to figure out everything on my own. The App was no help at all. If you call the phone number on your contract it went to a voicemail. No way to contact a representative. Let alone good luck for a representative to contact you. Don't waste your time waiting around.
