How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe check out person was late. Make sure they are on time. They were also closed when I returned the van.
Margaret BU-haul location was not open even though online it said it was. Received no in person help when picking it up/ dropping it off. The ramp and door didn’t close easily and made it a hassle for both when having to.
Hoa AWorst U-HAUL I’ve ever driven 1. Check engine light – Was on for the entire duration of the rental, starting from ignition. 2. Metal rattling noise – Coming from under the hood (not the normal rear cargo rattle), starting as soon as the car started. 3. Right mirror – Would not adjust fully, leaving no visibility on the right side beyond the blind spot mirror. 4. Broken visor – Mount was completely detached from its socket; visor itself was too weak to stay up and dropped into the driver’s field of vision on every bump — a safety hazard. 5. Loose seat cover – Leather seat cover wasn’t secured and kept sliding around while driving. 6. Squealing on turns – Truck squealed when turning, as if the wheel were turned all the way to either lock. 7. Left-behind debris – Trash and coins left in the front cup holders and in the back cargo area. 8. Odor – Smelled like animal feces inside the cab.
