Stop hiding extra fees, the app needs a serious update. Was on the app for 30 minutes trying to get the truck, very hard to navigate. Tried to call customer service, and said wait time was an hour. Ridiculous. Will not rent from U-Haul ever again. Thank you.

I was looking to make a 1 way U Haul trip with a 10-15ft U Haul. Even tho they had some on the lot and even tho the same ones were there when I got back that haven’t moved, they told me the only ones available were 20ft. Then they told me I can’t drop the U-Haul off in a different location to where I’m moving to so I had to DOUBLE my mileage and gas payments to bring the U-Haul back. The U-Haul truck itself was dirty and had band aids, spills of liquids, and trash inside. Not to mention after 5 minutes of driving the air conditioning stopped working and didn’t work for the rest of the time I had the U-Haul in 93° heat. So not only did I have to pay about $275 more for return mileage and an extra $80 in fuel. I also didn’t have air conditioning in a dirty U-Haul van that they seemed to lie to me about to up charge me

SHYANNE BNearly impossible to return a trailer to this location because the lot is small and shared with a food truck whose customers were taking up some of the parking spaces for U-Haul equipment. Fortunately I have a lot of experience towing and was able to get it in.
