Person was late opening store by 15-20 min so there were 3 people waiting when he opened, he was not real helpful, when i tried uploading requested pictures. I gave up and took pics for my self, he did not even walk around truck with me to see if any dents etc on van when i picked the truck up. Parking area for trucks was no easy to leave/return truck to. When returning truck around 330 PM door to office was locked, waited about 5-10 min then he pops out of mechanic shop adjacent to u-haul office. When I was online trying to reserve a truck, the Sunoco station on s mail street. Newark De was not one of places I could pick up a truck, yet when i drove by it 5 min later then again the next am there were 4-5 trucks the size i wanted to rent. I had to drive 2-3 extra miles to get truck and the domino station is a better locaction and has better parking etc

LeAnn LThe check out person was late. Make sure they are on time. They were also closed when I returned the van.
Margaret BU-haul location was not open even though online it said it was. Received no in person help when picking it up/ dropping it off. The ramp and door didn’t close easily and made it a hassle for both when having to.
