Scheduling issue in the beginning but resolved. When returning the vehicle, I asked how much was the additional mileage charges since I slightly went over my estimated cost. He said "no worries" due to the issue earlier as a form of apology. 2 hours later, when I received the email receipt, I was charged the additional cost.
shanell mThe trucks need to be aired out. It was very obvious that the previous renter was a smoker. Other than that, it was okay.
