How U-Haul Reviews WorkFriendly and fast service
Clinton DUhaul has very poor customer service not at ay of the pickup or drop off. Locations just 1 800 Uhaul. No one can help you and the wait time for someone to get a hold of you is extremely excessive. No phone call or email prior to pickup. Found out by calling the original pickup that there was no equipment available I needed a truck for the next morning. Very bad experience.

Patricia EThey didn’t have the equipment I reserved. They gave me an alternate truck but the check engine light was on the entire time , which they knew about, and it’s tires were low on air so I had to fill them up. Truck was fine for the move but was more than I needed and inconvenient.
