I rented this equipment for a one way rental for 1 day I’m not sure what the agent did but he put me down for a local rental. After dropping off the rental after business hours next day I got a receipt for $1100. This is totally unacceptable

The key did not turn smoothly in the ignition. I showed the attendant. He demonstrated that it just needed a little aggression for it to turn. I suggest this be repaired before someone has an issue while on the road. (Truck # TM1822N Plate: AE22055 State:AZ)

If a truck is not available for rent, do not book! after booking was confirmed and GUARNANTEED, received a call from the location stating that the truck will not be available at the scheduled time. It's not the location's fault but rather booking system. There needs to be a step where the location is involved in confirming the availability of the truck.

The check out was a long and frustrating experience. The system Wanted to charge me over $500. Instead of $107 which is what the on line price was when I reserved it. I had to wait almost an hour before getting the truck. The mgr was very helpful and did his best to make up for the system’s error.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by your representatives. If only I could rate this review with negative stars. I received a confirmation call the day before my reservation and the representative confirmed my truck I reserved, the location and the pickup time. However, when I showed up the next day my pickup location was changed without my knowledge and the new location was 10-15 minutes north of the original location and put me 30 minutes away from my home. The representative at the summit bridge pickup location told me "oh well there's nothing I can do about it, someone should've called you yesterday to switch your location" and "we see these things happen all time, you're not the only person this happens to". I was shocked by the lack of customer service and empathy. Before leaving the location I called my new pickup location, they told me that they had a truck for me but it was only a 10ft truck not at 15ft as was confirmed on my reservation. I called the local Uhaul branch, this was no help either. The Uhaul representative began to tell me that this always happens to customers towards the end of the month. My word of advice would be to change your marketing "Uhaul makes moving easier" off of all your trucks, because you have managed to accomplish the complete opposite. It was astonishing to talk to 3 different representatives/distributors and all had the same message: 1. This is out of our control, this is UHaul's issue, 2.These problems occur all the time and we have to deal with angry customers. I'm so confused that If these problems occur all the time than why have these issues not been fixed.

Picked up vehicle at gas station/conv store that was very busy. It took over a half an hour to finally get my vehicle. I was told by attendant that moving pads were outside in bags. When I got outside there were a number of bags so not knowing and not wanting to wait any longer I grabbed 2 bags thinking there were 12 pads per bag. When I returned the truck and pads I had only opened 1 bag of pads and the return agent informed me he would have to charge me for missing pads. Return agent informed me that each bag has 6 pads. Return agent called pickup agent to question missing pads but got nowhere. Pads are packed and tied very tight in plastic bags so opening and verifying wasn’t an option at an already lengthy rental pickup.
