Seamless experience. I will definitely rent from them again. The truck was clean and well-maintained. The additional moving equipment I added was available, and the one item that wasn’t was replaced with a substitute item and extra moving pads. The pads were clean, and well worth the price to protect my items during transport. As an aside the Movers “Keep-It Moving” that I arranged through U-Haul were also 5 star. Arrived on time, worked non-stop, handled items carefully and got the entire move done very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and using professional moving help to assist with heavy or difficult moves. All in all a top-tier experience with this location and rhe Movers contracted through U-Haul.

Nothing, you did a fine job
Clinton DArrived, was treated differently than the people who spoke his preffered language. Box truck was not clean, had food trash, water bottles, cell phone case and Marijuana residue all over the dash and in the cup holders. Back door is almost impossible to get closed. Had to take it because it was the only one there.

gerald rScheduling issue in the beginning but resolved. When returning the vehicle, I asked how much was the additional mileage charges since I slightly went over my estimated cost. He said "no worries" due to the issue earlier as a form of apology. 2 hours later, when I received the email receipt, I was charged the additional cost.
