I would say for U-Haul as a whole. Policy wise. If a vehicle goes out with less than a full tank and gets a full tank in return then there should be some compensation. Really we were over by less than 10 miles because of a reroute. Still got hit with the mileage overage even though the truck had 3/4 tank when picked up and was full when returned. Wouldn’t be an issue if the truck was full from the start.

Was not appreciative of the virtual assistant. Although he was helpful in providing guidance the required self processing to complete my return left me with a feeling that personal customer service continues to fade away in preference for more technology.
Ken KEvenn though the manager was virtual, she was on task and knew all the details of my reservation.
MARISA MI ended up doing in-person pickup and the person who helped me at Midguard was incredibly good. He made the entire pickup and drop-off a piece of cake!
