Although effective, the virtual assistant aspect was odd and slightly off putting. The virtual assistant was so kind and incredibly helpful but it was definitely unexpected. Other than that, the truck itself was basically brand new and so clean.

Customer service was excellent! However, it was a little frustrating that I wasn’t told that I needed “24/7 access” I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 8:00 AM. I called the 1800 number and they told me that they currently did not have the keys for any of the 15 footers available. They did offer to upgrade free of charge, but I didn’t need a 26ft truck. I had to wait until the manager came in at 9:00 AM. Again, his customer service was excellent!! My reasoning for not rating this location above average is simply because of the following: 1. I didn’t know that I needed 24 hour access 2. Due to me not being able to pick my U-Haul up until 9:00 AM set me back a little.
Henry Bthe U-Haul I rented only had enough fuel for traveling 39 miles, would have been nice for the tank to have been full when I picked it up. I was planning to hit the road with it right away and stopping for gas was not on my schedule. I did return it with over 100 miles left in the tank. The interactive attendant was nice and he did a great job, but I guess I'm old school and nothing beats having a person there in person.
