i accidentally went into the wrong location because I was not familiar with the area and there are two facilities on the same road within a mile of each other. The office was very accommodating, helped me on my way. Return was super simple and i had wonderful help on both ends of the transaction. Such a great deal, thank you.

Shawn TThe uhaul smelled funny and was dirty. All the gauges on the dash wasn’t working, it sounds like something was rattling underneath. It was pulling to the right as I was driving and I got charged for gas after submitting a photo of the gas when I checked the truck back in. This was the first time I have had these type of issues renting a truck from there. They definitely got to check the maintenance of the truck and make sure it does not charge when the photos clearly shows where the gas hand was before and after the rental was picked up and dropped off..
