BECKIE HThe individual renting me the van did not instruct me to throw away the moving blankets. They were soiled w Brunswick stew . I shook them out but did not feel like it was my place to throw away the blankets. The individual stated to me some got on her and she assumed it was vomit. I explained it was stew . She then stated there was some on the bumper that had to be hosed off . I hardly see how that warrants a 25.00 few . Again if I knew I was supposed to throw out the blankets I would have . I rent many vans and have never been charged a cleaning fee. I am very disappointed. I think a phone call to me prior to the charges could have possibly had a different outcome . I would like to say she was professional however I do believe had she had not assumed it was vomit than there would not have been a charge certainly it did not take more than 10 minutes to was off the bumper. Thank You
