Kind and experienced staff. Excellent at explaining processes and procedures. Made sure I was on point for my road trip. FOR CORPORATE: If a customer doesn’t use all rental days, refund the difference. It makes no sense for people to pay so much when they return the equipment early. You have been in business too long and have a solid reputation. That’s a bad business practice UHaul.
