No one was there when trailer was returned a day early at 3:30 in afternoon. We verified the return the next day and everything was okay

Only issue was that I returned the trailer one day early when the center was closed and requested a refund for the unused day but the business never responded yo my phone call and msg’s
Paul KWebsite allowed me to make a reservation at a much closer/convenient location, but then notified me that they didn't have the truck size available, and usually never do. I need to recognize Angela @ Rental Stores LLC for stepping up and wanting to make things right. EXCELLENT customer service!
