After having a truly horrible morning at U-Haul on courthouse drive, this location was a refreshing and appreciative change in the day. The first reservation, although I had a confirmation, wasn’t open. I was sent emails with lots of information and my credit card, and the place wasn’t open. It was 10am. Lights were off and doors locked. I had people waiting for me across town. How do you operate a business like that?

Kevin EGreat experience. I wish U-Haul would use tongue jacks on their trailers. Didn't bother me at 42, but I'm 62 now. Thankfully the U-Haul manager had a couple strong guys lift it onto our hitch. Would definitely use these folks again.
