Kinsey SHorrible customer service, workers were very rude and kept cutting me off only to keep saying it's my fault..A 12ft trailer can not carry a 14ft F150 ..They would not give me any chance to talk!! I had to walk out before I lost my cool. Talked down to me and I believe that because of my complexion..She knew nothing abt the equipment and kept saying "that's your problem "!!!!
WILLIAM MDriver door had to be slammed hard to close. Driver seatbelt was inoperable.
