We booked at another location, and were sent to this location when we arrived. (A phone call to let us know they didn’t have the truck and to go somewhere different would be been very appreciated as this put us behind schedule.) When we got to this location, they were confused about our reservation which took even longer, and they also didn’t have a hand truck (which we had reserved and needed for our move.) We would not use this location again in the future.

Train the employees. Spent almost 2 hours waiting for employee to figure out how to let me get the trailer from an online reservation. Had me cancel the reservation to book with him, but he couldn't even figure out how to do that. He had to call his boss and uhaul helpline. He didn't even fix the problem. My wife called and had our original reservation reinstated.
