Train the employees. Spent almost 2 hours waiting for employee to figure out how to let me get the trailer from an online reservation. Had me cancel the reservation to book with him, but he couldn't even figure out how to do that. He had to call his boss and uhaul helpline. He didn't even fix the problem. My wife called and had our original reservation reinstated.
