Dropped off at drop off location and a few days later got a text telling my trailer is “over due”! Called to Clear up, never got a call back clearing me! Other than that, it was a good experience!

Lots of sand inside, needed to put down liner I purchased myself. Phone rep I booked with gave me wrong information and just wanted to hurry off the phone, had to fix it during pickup.

DIMAS HMy original reservation was the main UHaul in Panama City, FL, on 15th Street. However they called me the day before pickup and said they did not have the 5x9' utility trailer I had reserved!!! So I had to drive 90 minutes to Niceville to pick up the trailer, then 90 minutes back to my house to load it. The UHaul in Panama City deserves 0-stars because of their inability to understand what a reservation is.
