There was only a man there at the location where we picked up the U-Haul. So there wasn’t any one there to show us where the truck was parked , he said to check the number,there wasn’t one. We had to check the door of all the U-Hauls.We were told to take pictures of everything , Truck, Gas gage etc .We did. I am not able on your questionaire to answer the questions with a yes or no response. Part of the question is no and part is of the question is yes. On both,It was a gas station!

WILLIAM CWhen I went to this location to pick up the tow, dolly and complete the paperwork, you all had it down as a four day rental I told the U-Haul representative that I did not need it for four days. I only need it for two days. He said that that would be fine. If I turned it in two days early, I would get credit for the two days I did not use the dolly. Then when I got to the drop off point, they said that there is no credit. If I would’ve known, I was being charged four days for a two day rental I would never have rented this trailer. If I don’t get my two day refund from U-Haul, I will never use this company ever again and I will never recommend them. I was lied to when I picked up the trailer. This is very poor service.
