When I went to this location to pick up the tow, dolly and complete the paperwork, you all had it down as a four day rental I told the U-Haul representative that I did not need it for four days. I only need it for two days. He said that that would be fine. If I turned it in two days early, I would get credit for the two days I did not use the dolly. Then when I got to the drop off point, they said that there is no credit. If I would’ve known, I was being charged four days for a two day rental I would never have rented this trailer. If I don’t get my two day refund from U-Haul, I will never use this company ever again and I will never recommend them. I was lied to when I picked up the trailer. This is very poor service.

The young lady employee at the Petro was very nice. I would highly recommend her as an employee
Donita MWe rented a 4x8 trailer. The Back Closing Door, which was closed when we picked up the Trailer, would not shut and stay shut once we opened it to load in our items. We had to use a strap to keep the Door Closed as we traveled over 90 miles back to drop the Trailer off. We told the attendant at the location, but they did not offer any apology, refund, credit etc. We will not rent from this location again, and we will always open the Back Door to ensure it is functional before leaving with a trailer in the future.
NICHOLAS B(A) 6 x 12 twin-axle trailer does not have a tongue jack on it which makes it quite difficult to lift / swing as one attempts to place the tongue coupler onto the ball. The attendant at the facility was fully occupied with sales counter duties and so I did not ask for his assist. (B) The trailer was located down an embankment to the parking area. In order to return the trailer, I had to block the main entrance to the facility as I backed the trailer down the embankment - - a few people honked at me and waved hands in the air.
DAVID KDropped off at drop off location and a few days later got a text telling my trailer is “over due”! Called to Clear up, never got a call back clearing me! Other than that, it was a good experience!
