I had to call 1800 number to get my money back, because was charged extra day for no reason. As soon as I parked the vehicle, I took the pic with a cell phone at 1.52pm, when email receipt came in it was 2.15 pm plus extra day 19.95. I know its not a lot of money, but the principle of overcharging is not acceptable. Thank God Kim helped me to resolve the problem.

They did not seem prepared for my rental. Took a bit of time for them to get everything together. Location is small and was hard to maneuver the 27 foot truck in the space.

amy wManager/owner was unhelpful, unkind, and rude. Questioned the custom’s needs (including why we would want blankets, then gave us only 10 instead of 12). Manager maid us redo all the paperwork despite everything being inputted online. The trainee worker was very nice and tried to help but was undermined owner.
Tracy LI had to search ALL of the vehicles on the lot to find my own dolly and blankets. Really? The pick up guy was useless. The drop off guy was on it.
