I made my reservation on www.uhaul.com. I entered all the required information. When I arrived at the pick-up location, some of the information I had entered had been changed, e.g. the drop-off location. Fortunately, the store was not busy because there was only one store employee and it took about 20 minutes for him to enter additional information and complete the rental agreement. U-Haul needs better coordination between what the customer enters during a reservation and what the pick-up location receives.

Something was severely wrong with the truck and it was dirty nasty and the guy doesn’t speak English.
