Genuinely concerned for my safety driving the uhaul. I opted out of filing up the tank prior to return and paid an obnoxious amount for them to refill purely because I didn’t feel comfortable in the truck any longer than absolutely necessary. I’ve rented uhauls before, and they are all a little questionable. But this one was by far the worst.

The truck wasn’t very clean. The cup holders had all kinds of sticky stuff in them. Gross.

Gregory Mwhen i picked up the u-haul it we did everything on his personal phone which seemed unprofessional and i get to the truck and to find thousands of bugs that looked to be roachs and no dolly or moving blankets i took a leaf blower to the bugs when i got home and was able to do what i needed to do but the whole process just seemed very shady and unprofessional
Adam CThis was not the assigned drop off location…. The original one was not open due to holiday, which to me should’ve shown up when scheduled to return. After 3 different calls, I finally got a new drop off location which was about 2 miles away. The trailer was fine, but pickup and drop off left a lot to be desired.
