Ensure the employees there can speak English clearly. I am all for diversity, but when you can't understand the questions they are asking you, it makes it hard to resolve issues that come up for your reservation.

FELIX BI rented the trailer at 6pm, returned it 7 hours later and was charged for 2 days. The guy I rented it from said if I returned it the next day I wouldn't be charged for 2 days. Apparently he lied.
