This was not the assigned drop off location…. The original one was not open due to holiday, which to me should’ve shown up when scheduled to return. After 3 different calls, I finally got a new drop off location which was about 2 miles away. The trailer was fine, but pickup and drop off left a lot to be desired.

i rented this truck un fortunally i was in a bid of a rush do to that i lost my credit card and i wanted to returned to my previous location to see if i could get it back.so i did not check the truck inside,, it was a bit dirty and when i returned it the renter had me clean the truck.. i explained it was like that ! it was not dirty like extremely... it looked like the previous renters were loading trees <<< and it was a small branch and some leaves.. i did clean it but it wasn't me... just a little reminder do not take a truck rental before doing a inspection. inside, before you get blamed for something you did not do...he was a little to pouchier , but over all i did what i had to do... i even returned the truck the same day and a lot earlier than i had too...my reason for the rental was to pick up some furniture i had purchased for my son home.
madaline sThe store owner was not friendly. I turned the U-Haul back in the same condition it was given to me in and he tried to say I didn’t clean it. He asked if I took a picture and I asked him did he take a picture before be gave it to me? He ignored me walked back in the store and told me I could go. I would not recommend renting from this location.

ERIC REnsure the employees there can speak English clearly. I am all for diversity, but when you can't understand the questions they are asking you, it makes it hard to resolve issues that come up for your reservation.
