Truck was not cleaned or filled up on pick up but employee was very helpful and noted issues so we did not get charged for them.

Very nice location. 10/10
William HVery disappointed with U Haul central office customer service to be sent 15 minutes and 10 miles further away ( that’s an extra gallon of gas as well as time) and when I arrived that site had not been notified to expect me. A phone call and extra time to correct this oversight. Then because I had to drive further I was just below 1/2 on the gas gauge and was charged $13 extra. When I called to discuss this extra charge the person put me on hold and then a female supervisor came on and rather rudely told me my contract does not guarantee the drop off location but does say I must return with half a tank. I then drove to a gas station and added 1.2 gallons for $4.60 and then it was 1/2 tank. Overall took me 40 minutes to return plus extra 30 minutes to drive the extra distance back and forth
