They told me that it was a straight fee for point a to point b, but that was not the case. I tried to explain that to the person, but they were saying otherwise. I know that they record the calls. I was thinking wow what great customer service, but at the end that proved to be wrong.

When returning my trailer I called several locations to return and was told they couldn’t take it. I had to spend quite a bit of time trying to find a location that did. The Nipomo location was helpful but I think the problem your company runs into is running your service along with owner operated other services. I believe the service isn’t at the level it should be. The yard was disorganized and I seemed to be putting the owners out when I showed up to drop it off. No parking plan and had some but limited assistance with unhooking the trailer. U haul should focus on there specific mission of helping people move.
MARK SCould not ask for better customer service service - trailer was ready to go - helped hooking the trailer up and helped in dropping off the trailer when I was finished with using it
JAMES GWho ever conducted the check on the truck before I used it left the hood latches unsecured and the hood flew open while I was driving on the highway. Almost caused a serious accident and put my life in danger. Will never use this location or even U-Haul again.
