Drop off was fine and easy. I have not checked my credit card statement but we over filled the truck so there should be no additional fuel charge and the truck had outside damage which I took a video of so we would not be blamed for any damage to the truck.

U-Haul should really focus on businesses that can accommodate busy and weary travelers. No facilities available to customers and appeared the drop off of equipment was an inconvenient. Lot was not adequately maintained and was over flowing with vehicles and trailers. Little to no space to park.
