Arrived ~30 minutes after reservation time and employee responsible to processing order was not there but was able to talk to him on phone. Ended up having to leave copy of driver's license & credit card (no copy of rental agreement) and then I hooked up trailer myself. The next day I received the email from U-Haul with my contract at which time I noticed that I was being charged for Smart Tow insurance even though I did not select it during the reservation process. Being that this was discovered the next day, I was unable to get it removed from the contract.

Returned the trailer after 7:00 so no one was there and office was closed. It was a lot with lots of tall weeds, so not very inviting, but it worked for a small trailer dropoff.
Maureen TI had to attach the trailer by myself, validate the signal lamps on mine own, and the trailer was not broom swept. Very disappointed.
