The outside of the trailer had a TON of road grime on it. I got my gloves filthy just trying to open the trailer. The rep at Uhaul, not the on-site rep, told us we could have the trailer from 3pm on Saturday until late on Sunday. We needed it at 10am Sunday and that location didn't open until 1230pm. When we picked up at 345pm on Saturday they said we had to return it by 3pm Sunday bc someone else had rented it after us. So we did return it by 2pm Sunday. The trailer never moved all Sunday afternoon/evening bc we had to drive past that Uhaul location as we moved our friend without the trailer several more trips bc it needed returned by 3pm. Super frustrating. We could have easily made the trip once WITH the trailer and been done. Why tell us it needed to be returned by a certain time and then it never got used by anyone else?

Rented a 20’ truck. Was quoted no daily fee and. rate of $1.29 per mike. Went to pick up truck and told only 15’ truck available. Daily charge added to bill. 20’ truck sitting on lot that was still there when we brought the truck back. Have had to make 4 additional trips with a small enclosed trailer to finish moving. Rented a 20’ truck to move from West Point location a few months ago. Those people quoted me everything up front and it was exactly as quoted. The Norfolk people need to take lessons from the West Point folks. Should have just used the small enclosed trailer I own rather then do what I did. The customer service sucked so I would love to have someone call me from U-Haul and at least apologize to me for screwing me around. 402-841-5612
JEFFREY TI was charged for extra mileage after my reservation was moved 30 miles further from me. I wanted a dolly and one was not provided and the truck was dirty. I am not real happy with the service.
