Improving the cleanliness of the Uhaul. It was disgusting when we picked it up. Bandaids and chips were everywhere in the front seat and in the back. The windshield was full of bugs. Not safe to drive on the interstate/highway.Katelyn L.

I was very disappointed that the fuel was at just over a half a tank of gas and the representative noted there was 3/4 of a tank. I forgot to check the fuel before I left the facility. When I did notice that I was too far away but I didn't wanna turn around and go back to tell them. I returned the truck with about $20 more gas than what I was given to start with. I then got overcharged for another $20 when I returned the truck because they said I didn't have 3/4 of a tank of gas. Very disappointed in this rental!Dwight P.

Nebraska appliance center was exceptional after the original location of Koch's Hi-way service failed terribly. There was no one around at the time of my scheduled pickup, but there was a sign that directed me to a second location of theirs, where someone would be. Upon arrival there, no one was at that location as well. I then called their business several times and there was no answer. I went back to the original location and still no one was around. At this point I called Nebraska appliance center and they were able to change my reservation to their location. After that everything went exceptionally well.Eric P.
I was told to drop the trailer off anywhere at the location on Sunday, which I did, and I was charge an extra day rent. On the final contract it said the trailer was dropped off 9:23 Monday morning. Was I suppose to walk inside and let them know it was back when I dropped off Sunday. Did not appreciate getting charged an extra dayMark W.

Repair the chains that hook up to the vehicle. They should be a â€œSâ€ configuration not a â€œVâ€. My chains never did hook up properly. This is not where you cut corners. There was more than one trailer there with the â€œVâ€ hooks.RobertJ H.

Horrible location. I would never rent from this location again. First, the people working at the site were rude and behaved as if they annoyed they need to deal with a U-Haul customer. Second, there was no one available to hook up the trailer I rented. I had to hook up the trailer myself. Third, I returned the trailer within a few hours and they charged me for 2 full DAYS. I had to call and complain to get refunded for the extra day they tacked on. Again, they acted annoyed even though it was completely their mistake. They never even apologized for charging me double. I secured a 26 foot truck via the online reservation for an 0800 pickup and was notified at 530 pm the night before my pickup that the truck wouldn't be available until 1000 am. This is absolutely unacceptable. Fortunately they did have a 15 foot truck I was able to move. Good thing my move was in town and not cross country.Tyler P.

There were three trailers on the site that were 6 x 12. The one we were given to rent was in the worst shape of the three. We had to travel over 1400 miles with this trailer. We noticed shortly after renting it the tail lights did not work properly. The left turn signal worked and the lights worked however the brake light on the right side and a turn signal on the right side did not work. It was very disappointingDeborah W.

Amber who got my order lined up over the phone Needs to be complimented on her superb job of organizing my rental order. It was like clock work and so smooth. Don't promote her. I want her help next time. About the equipment though. The trailer tires were low on air. Luckily the place I was going had air. The rental place was great with having the equipment ready and helped me hook it up and all were friendly and polite. The equipment made the job of moving my vehicle a piece of cake and price was competitive with other delivery services. I am pleased with my experience.michael C.
