The truck was parked under trees and was filthy. I had to back it out of their location. I then drove it directly to the nearest do-it-yourself car wash, drove it home, climbed on a ladder and washed the sap and bugs off the windshield and windows. Terrible customer service!

I had to park the truck in the back of the location and there were weeds everywhere. The guy told me I had to check the truck in myself online but didn't tell me that I needed to do it while I was there and take pictures of everything so I had to drive back to the location.
