I dropped my u haul off 30 minutes late but everything was put in drop box, key and contract with a note stating ut was dropped off late and we went 5 miles over. I was called the next day to see if I dropped it off and ask me what time. When I asked about the sign in the back stating if we clean it (which we did) we would get 25 off the uhaul. The woman had no idea what I was talking about because she was calling from a different uhaul. So I called the main North adams office and left a message. I have still heard nothing and I was definitely charged. I am very upset with the lack of communication with this site. Also for the fact of taking the extra time to clean it and not even be reimbursed for it. I will never use this location or suggest a friend use it.

The customer service was incredible. Both times I have used this location the staff has been helpful and helped get me in my way quickly.
DANIEL PEverything went really well, filled the tank up to half when it started at a quarter. And still ended up getting a 28$ charge when the truck was filled up and it was dropped off during business hours. I don’t get it but at least I’m moved.
