GREGORY PWe were local and didn't drive more than 10 miles but charged 25, only complaint. We were worried about prompt return and failed to take pic of return mileage.
JEFFREY MIt takes 15 minutes to self-dispatch, which seems like a long time compared with something like ZipCar. Like, I've uploaded photos of my DL at least 5 times - put me in a list of people who have rented many times before with no problems and just gimmie them keys! The location is very easy to find with the equipment parked right on the highway; easy in and out, there's no hunting for the keybox, and everything was seamless. Don't use the Android app though - it crashed my phone.
