Garth RI wouldn't recommend the Uhaul in Williamstown Ma though! I originally rented from there, I get there, do the necessary steps, and come to find out there's no key for the moving van. It's after hours, so the place is closed. I call Uhaul customer service and I'm on the phone with the employee for almost 40 minutes, she was kind, and helpful, but overall it was a terrible experience. So, then I'm told to go to the North Adams one, which I did, and it was fine there. I finally got my moving truck. But, the whole experience took over an hour of my time. Moving is hard enough without having to start out with all that stress. Plus my moving help left, because it took so long. So, it was just me and my kiddo moving our stuff. Not fun!
