The wiper blades required replacement and the windshield washer fluid was empty. I had to stop during my trip to replace the windshield wipers and fill the washer fluid. I have already contacted the main office and requested a refund.
DYLAN LThe interior of the vehicle was clean but the windows on the outside were very dirty and the window washer fluid was low. Had to stop at gas station to clean the windows before continuing on with the journey. Was also charged additional fund even though the vehicle was returned with a full tank of gas.
WENDY COur reservation was canceled by U-Haul and given a smaller vehicle with no notification and given to another customer. The price quoted was no where near the price charged. We were also told we could drop off in another state and when we picked up the truck they said we could not. You obviously need to do some training your staff.
