I was hooked up to the wrong trailer the tire blew out and caused damage to my vehicle and nobody checked the trailer to see if it was the right trailer he just hooked it up and said I was good to go

The uhaul truck was not clean and smelled of urine. The tank was left on empty when I picked it up. I filled it halfway when I returned it. The check in process was easy and smooth. Good customer service. I would recommend as last option.
