Our reservation was canceled by U-Haul and given a smaller vehicle with no notification and given to another customer. The price quoted was no where near the price charged. We were also told we could drop off in another state and when we picked up the truck they said we could not. You obviously need to do some training your staff.

It was a very smooth process

SCOTT LKeene NH location would not give me the trailer I rented weeks in advance. They called me the night before saying I could not have it and send me 1.5 hours away to get an alternate trailer. North Adams Mass that had a trailer and was very good and helpful. Checked all hookups and got me on my way. Much more pleasant than the BS I had to put up with at Keene location. Others at work ran into the same issues with Keene NH Uhaul.
