Excellent service, very friendly, very responsive. Also very accommodating to plan change— we had to make a late change in the drop off time due to moving delays, but you guys were great about it

When I opened the back of my uhaul truck, it was very dirty with broken glass and the moving pads from the previous renter were still in the vehicle. I did not ask for any moving pads and they actually got in the way as I didn't have space for them.

Dolores GPicking up the equipment was fine, but dropping off was a poor experience. The employee texted me about 20 minutes before the truck was due saying someone else needed it. When we asked for another truck, the employee left us standing in the rain to check to see if any were available. He said none were and seemed irritated that I left the key in the box instead of giving it directly to him, which I did before I knew he was on site.
