I denied the Safe Move Coverage but was charged anyway. Although, past review made the same complaint I used this location anyway, beware of this charge and look closely at your receipt.

BLAKE SLock box didn't work. Office was closed lady said she was picking her kids up the time of my reservation. No gas in the truck. Sat on hold for 1hour trying to get assistance with getting the keys.
