Owner told me it would be $20 for them to hook up trailer so I had to hook it up myself with a bad back. Didn’t have a 7 way plug to 4 blade plug adapter for trailer lights to work. Had to buy an adapter myself and owner stuck the connector under the cover to make it look like lights were hooked up and took picture to send to U-Haul. Very unprofessional and lazy.
