Brake lights didnt work on trailer. We did not do a safety check how it’s done at other uhaul locations. Also I was told that I wasn’t supposed to get any help with connecting trailer to my vehicle. Before I could use trailer I had to clean out all of the junk out of the back. The U-Haul representative was 30 minutes late and I later realized he added insurance to my rental without asking me. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish.

Tatyana SOwner told me it would be $20 for them to hook up trailer so I had to hook it up myself with a bad back. Didn’t have a 7 way plug to 4 blade plug adapter for trailer lights to work. Had to buy an adapter myself and owner stuck the connector under the cover to make it look like lights were hooked up and took picture to send to U-Haul. Very unprofessional and lazy.
