I went to the store and was put on the phone with someone who took my information. Did an online booking. Signed my name. Was never face to face with her. The person in the store had no idea what was expected. Didn’t show me the truck. Was told if I got it back in 4 hours that’s what she would charge me for. I was back in less than 3. She also charged me for cleaning. It was cleaner when I returned it. At least I swept it out very poor overall experience
