She was too prompt to claim my deposit..threatening that uhaul would never lease to me if I didn't pay $35.?? Extra dollars on top my deposit balance..I told her I would call them to fix things..turns out uhaul still owes some of my deposit. Which they will be mailing out me. Uhaul main office straightened things up. Computer error on her machine they said.
Jenifer SI went to the store and was put on the phone with someone who took my information. Did an online booking. Signed my name. Was never face to face with her. The person in the store had no idea what was expected. Didn’t show me the truck. Was told if I got it back in 4 hours that’s what she would charge me for. I was back in less than 3. She also charged me for cleaning. It was cleaner when I returned it. At least I swept it out very poor overall experience
