Charge a lot extra, just takes for half day and payment to much for extra miles for what??? In USA never charge like this, did not tell will charge double, 399$ not even good for rent half day

ELVIN DShe was too prompt to claim my deposit..threatening that uhaul would never lease to me if I didn't pay $35.?? Extra dollars on top my deposit balance..I told her I would call them to fix things..turns out uhaul still owes some of my deposit. Which they will be mailing out me. Uhaul main office straightened things up. Computer error on her machine they said.
