I didn’t have a complete understanding of what was going on the lady just gave me the keys showed me the truck and sent me on my merry way. Better communication from representative at the pick up location.

This location was terrible. No help. No assistance. The truck was unclean and the RR air pressure was low. I will make sure I never rent from this location Poor service and poor truck.
Anshae HMy reservation was for 11:30 AM. Arrived to find no truck available. Went to other location and trucks. A representative called and found me a truck at 1st location but not until 1:30 PM. Extremely stressful situation!!!
