Although Sam was great, I most likely wouldn’t use them again nor recommend them to anyone. For one using the app does not work as they stated. They handled everything so what’s the point of having the app? Additionally after putting the gas back into the U-Haul, they charged me an additional almost $12 after I added more gas than what I actually used. I put the gas in the truck at the same gas station I picked up the truck. I’ll be disputing that with my bank. There was no way for me to adjust the mirrors so it was hard to drive the truck and use the mirrors.
