Very poor customer service. When i picked up the truck i was provided no contract. I did not know how many miles or how much fuel was in the truck. When i returned it the manager was impolite and unprofessional. Making it a generally unpleasant experience.

A/C didn't work and the gas light was on a 1/4 tank. I returned it in 15 minutes and asked to get my money back. They hadn't reported it being returned when I called. I was told I had to call back after they signed it back in. I'll do that tomorrow

Imani FThe pickup wasn’t bad, the attendant had to call someone to walk them through the process. However the U-Haul itself had a leak and got a lot of the items on the overhead shelf wet. The online chat feature to add more days was excellent. The drop off was bad, was not checked in for over 24 hours, finally went to gas station after talking with online chat several times.
