I’m not sure if this location is able to see reservations prior to customers picking up because they seemed disorganized with finding the keys and the process of checking in. It delayed me a little bit. The truck itself needs maintenance in the motor and cosmetically.

Phillip DWe got the truck on less than a quarter of a tank and put the gas back where it was and was charged an extra 45.00 gas charge for no reason. I will be going to location and getting a refund. This is unacceptable.
JONTRELL DIt was not Iron Gate Shell, it was in Pell City, AL. Nobody there and did not answer phones even though it was during normal business hours.
