I took pictures of speedometer and fuel before hand and after I filled the tank back up to more that was in truck just lived less than 6 min away and made a delivery 4 blocks returned truck filled back over line and they added over $15 over charge on my card its not right I'm so so so dissatisfied I still thinking about disputing rhis with my bank...... I

Efficient
Reinold SI put more gas in the U-Haul than what I started with and somehow I’m still charged ?? I will never use this company again.

Marissa BEverything was done over the phone. It wasnt a desirable waiting area to receive a phone call to complete the transaction. Friendly enough I guess....but I will not be using this facility again.
