Upon completion of my trailer rental, was told an employee would meet me over there because their policy states they must connect and secure the trailer to my vehicle. I drive 20 minutes away and when I turn into a parking lot and when my van dips into the drainage part of the intersection to parking lot the trailer that I assumed was secure pops off hits the ground holding only by chains and hits my back bumper and when it comes back down it slams against the speed bump and basically almost stops the vehicle and jerks me Forward I had to reattach and when I call they say we will take note and talk to the employee. That’s insane damage my vehicle and hurt my chest from jerking forward into the wheel. Terrible lucky I didn’t give less stars and then after all that I show up 30 minutes past my drop off time and get charged for a second day. I will be telling everyone I can not to ever rent from there

KEVIN MLocation had the trailer I needed. The trailer installed by a young female did slip off and was scary!!! But an older gentelman came out immediately and helped me hook the trailer up correctly and was very apologetic. Luckily, no harm was done!
Natalie SVehicle returned to 1200 Lee St Wildwood Fl. I filled up to half tank as was instructed when I picked it up. I was instructed to refill it to half tank when returning it. I was charged an additional $50 for fuel at the drop off location. This should be refunded.
