The people that were working there had no intentions on helping us. They just stood around talking to one another.
SUSAN MGood rating was due to the service from the corporate line. When I was transfered to the after hours equipment manager, she was very unprofessional and never gave a name. I had to call back to corporate to complete my transaction.

DAVID MLocation was great. U-Haul online was not. Trying to book a trailer in my area the best the rep from U-Haul could do was to send me an hour from my home staring point. I checked for myself and this location had two. Glad I checked. I can only assume that the rep from U-Haul wanted to move me to a different location that had more trailers ? Poor customer service.
