Location is a bit confusing as there isn't an office within the storage facility property. "Grease Monkey" service counter staff handles the u-haul rentals in the adjacent property, which gets busy.

Experience was not as expected. I asked the guy who checked me out and who connected has this trailer ben expected. Both said yes. Driving through Indiana to Illinois at night the trailer lights failed. Only the brake lights worked. You couldn't see the trailer behind my truck. The trailer lights did work at hook up. But failed while en route
Samuel TMy location was switched to Grease monkey due to the vehicle I requested. I was then also switched to a mobile pick up. The key was not in the lock box, it was in the store and the store didn’t open until 8am and my pick up was 7:30am.
Cheryl SN/A I had no interaction with anyone in person or by phone when dropping off the truck. It took a few minutes to figure where and how to drop off the truck. The key drop-off box was hidden behind a track that had been previously drop off. I cannot recommend the location because I really didn't have any real experience here.
