Trailer was not hooked up properly caused damage to vehicle and u hauls insurance (Rep west) refuses to pay for OEM parts and would not pay for same size vehicle rental have max for rental car that will not pay for equivalent type of vehicle

Said drop box was nowhere to be found but if you walk to the name drop off location, you just walk in and hand the keys over. Other than that little confusion, drop off was perfect.
