This rental was seemless--I was able to make my request for the size truck I needed, was informed of the price online, and the in-person transaction took place within a few minutes. The gentleman was professional, provided the necessary information to me verbally as this was the first time I had rented a truck. The truck was in good condition and the tank was filled 3/4 full, which was sufficient for our day. Overall, it was a great transaction, and I would rent from them again if the need ever arises.

Super easy drop off with the app. I had to check yes for the personnel being helpful, but I dropped it off after hours and did not interact with anyone.

John MTrailer was not hooked up properly caused damage to vehicle and u hauls insurance (Rep west) refuses to pay for OEM parts and would not pay for same size vehicle rental have max for rental car that will not pay for equivalent type of vehicle
Jonathan BSaid drop box was nowhere to be found but if you walk to the name drop off location, you just walk in and hand the keys over. Other than that little confusion, drop off was perfect.
