Good customer service, but I had a minor scrape/wound from exiting the back of the trailer during loading. Upon inspection of the back, I noticed sharp metal sticking out on the bottom below the door. If a thorough inspection was done, this could have been fixed easily with a hammer. Instead, it cost me some skin on the back of my leg. Pictures available upon request.
