Neither the cab nor the cargo areas were clean. The fuel tank was only 1/2 full. The photo link sent to me by u-haul expired before I could take my photos and nobody was capable of resetting it. The company representative on site was professional and courteous.

CYNTHIA CWhile the people who worked at the location were very nice, the equipment was not as it was listed on the website. This was not discovered until I reached my location. I called to ask about an exchange or a refund, and they said they could not, I needed to call customer service. I spoke with customer service and after being transferred to the local office the person literally said, "what do you expect me to do about that?" WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
ARTHUR SI did after hours drop off so did not speak to anyone. I had to park in the back because that was the only space. The lightning back there was not good so not terribly inviting.
Nancy RIf i had to do it again I'd choose a location that doesn't charge by the mile. Everything else was simple. But mileage adds so much unnecessary cost.
