Location was not open so we used the app and were unclear on exactly where to leave the vehicle. It was also difficult to find the key drop box in the dark. The app should add specific instructions regarding where to park the vehicle and locate the drop box. Also you need to add N/A option to responses above when vehicle is picked up or dropped off during closed hours. You are dinging these employees unnecessarily if respondents answer “no” for question employees being helpful for closed hours.
