Bruce MThis rental was seemless--I was able to make my request for the size truck I needed, was informed of the price online, and the in-person transaction took place within a few minutes. The gentleman was professional, provided the necessary information to me verbally as this was the first time I had rented a truck. The truck was in good condition and the tank was filled 3/4 full, which was sufficient for our day. Overall, it was a great transaction, and I would rent from them again if the need ever arises.
Christine NSuper easy drop off with the app. I had to check yes for the personnel being helpful, but I dropped it off after hours and did not interact with anyone.
