location was missing equipment i paid for. uhaul said they had it, location said they didnt. i went to another location and they provided it and told me the other place didnt even remove the missing equipment from my order. horrible experience

Be able to go back and see what the lock box code was. I think I passed it and was not able to see it without asking an agent to chat. Then the lockbox code did not even work. Overall it was a positive experience especially since the chat was the best service I’ve ever had on a chat with minimal lag time and excellent service. I can’t remember her name but she was very quick and helpful
Chase MThey are dishonest by not recording the fuel gauge accurately. They added $52 to the bill. Do not use this facility! Resolved through U-Haul customer support, but Best Bin should not be a U-Haul dealer!
KEN TThe staff were very nice and helpful. The check out/ check in was easy. The 10 ft truck had almost 100k on it and hardly shifted gears. I was glad we were driving under 10 miles locally as the vehicle would have never made it onto the highway.
