I arranged for self pick up before the business (not a UHaul rental site) opened. I had trouble opening the lock box. The appliance dolly I reserved was not in the vehicle. When I returned it, the app kept asking for the mileage and a photo, which I sent several times. When it finally seemed to accept my data, and I returned the key to the return lockbox. It then told me to go to your website to finish. When I logged on there, it asked for the same information I thougnt I had provided. I called customer service and Nicole (I don't have her last name) was very nice and was able to verify you had received all the information necessary. Thank you, Nicole. Perhaps you need to retest how the app sends and verifies information received. Also, make sure that information transfers across platfoms? My $0.02.

CHRISTOPHER Rlocation was missing equipment i paid for. uhaul said they had it, location said they didnt. i went to another location and they provided it and told me the other place didnt even remove the missing equipment from my order. horrible experience
keagan oBe able to go back and see what the lock box code was. I think I passed it and was not able to see it without asking an agent to chat. Then the lockbox code did not even work. Overall it was a positive experience especially since the chat was the best service I’ve ever had on a chat with minimal lag time and excellent service. I can’t remember her name but she was very quick and helpful
Chase MThey are dishonest by not recording the fuel gauge accurately. They added $52 to the bill. Do not use this facility! Resolved through U-Haul customer support, but Best Bin should not be a U-Haul dealer!
