Truck was dirty I had to clean it to move my stuff and now I have to get my stuff cleaned bc the truck was so dirty. The rental said it had 1/8 tank and the gas light was on when I pulled away I had to get gas straight away. Bad experience.

It was cheap, quick, and easy. Staff was friendly. However, the truck came with low gas and was left very dirty by previous customers. There was very clearly no attempt to clean out the truck before I used it.
Dee WU-Haul asked if I can pick up my truck from a different location with same services and items. However none of those items were available at the new location.
