What is the point of a reservation if you do not reserve a trailer. Telling someone the day before they move that the trailer they reserved almost a month before is not available at the location selected and they must drive an hour away to get it is totally unsatisfactory. No one has time to drive 2 hours to get something that should have been reserved the whole time, especially when they are in the middle of moving! For the record I am speaking about 111 JT Connell Hwy, Newport, RI 02840 which is where I had a reservation for a small trailer. I ended up driving to 3530 Quaker Ln North Kingstown, RI 02852 to get a medium sized trailer and the guy there was great. If Uhaul wasn’t so convenient, I wouldn’t use you again.
