There wasn't much to improve on, the staff was great the location was clean and neat. The only think I'd recommend is giving customers a 5 mile grace period if they happen to go over. I went over 3 miles and partially because I had to stop at the gas station and it took me a little out of my way. But after all the money spent on moving, and we all know moves are costly, I would think they wouldn't stick me for the 3 miles. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. Overall great experience.
