The thing to twist was so rusted had to push up from bottom to get to move and still was not enough to lock on ball

MARGO BDon't cancel/alter my reservation 24 hours before my move... I get stuff happens but what's the point of a reservation if I'm going to have to drive 50+ miles out of my way to get the truck? Also, streamlining the dropoff process (i.e., less required pics of the vehicle) would be nice.
