Truck was not clean, the wipers were broken, there was no windshield washer fluid , the charger for my phone didn’t work ,the staff was very rude.

This was the worst uhaul experience ever. First the system was not working so had to wait over an hour which I understand. Called uhaul for support as store
MD SEasy to find, quick application and retrieval of equipment, answered all the questions we had and was very helpful and gave us tips as well.
Abraar Nthe cargo van was not properly maintained. It generated a loud noise while shifting gears. Very uncomfortable to drive.
Phani MThe cabin had a very load noise like from the roof. There was nothing visible on the outside.
