Very efficient and friendly
MARIA LOverall the service was great, but please make the app more intuitive. If I had to make a booking myself, I wouldn't be able to navigate it on my own... Luckily the assitant was happy to help me. But it seemed like a quest and it didn't seem like you were selling me a service. It seemed like you were doing me a favour, so I think you need to reconsider your views on this. Though your associate was very helpful.
Roman AEverything was good. The only trouble I had was with the start of the vehicle. Apart from that everything was best.
