I mistakenly filled a tank that I rented with half tank, I left the receipt in the truck with the gas and asked the shop attendant to take a picture of the receipt to send for me so I can get a gift card as a refund . Shop attendant did not

Maude WI did not have an issue with the location or the service inside the store. I have a great issue with the web plataform and how hard it is to get the vehicle rented. It's a discourage to want to rent with UHaul again. Next time I'll go to homedepot depite it being more expensive
JHONATH MLeft turn signal didn’t work. It was very inconvenient when driving over 450km. I had to use my hand especially when there was heavy traffic. The passenger side mirror I cannot see. It’s positioned terrible. And I cannot move the bottom mirror. Overall, the inside of the car smelt like shit. And the ac and heater does not turn off. It’s either cold or hot. Extremely annoying. I rate this 1 star.
