I did not have an issue with the location or the service inside the store. I have a great issue with the web plataform and how hard it is to get the vehicle rented. It's a discourage to want to rent with UHaul again. Next time I'll go to homedepot depite it being more expensive

Left turn signal didn’t work. It was very inconvenient when driving over 450km. I had to use my hand especially when there was heavy traffic. The passenger side mirror I cannot see. It’s positioned terrible. And I cannot move the bottom mirror. Overall, the inside of the car smelt like shit. And the ac and heater does not turn off. It’s either cold or hot. Extremely annoying. I rate this 1 star.
Seungmin HWe was waiting 2 hours. The appointment to pick up was at 6pm and the truck was available at 8 pm. The reason was the client before. He was calling U-Haul at the location multiple times and said one 15 min., then 1 hour and final no more about his later arriving. For us means this missing the appointment with the moving-helpers, sent them for dinner to please wait and finally we finished at 1:30 am in the morning. I brought the truck back at 2 am and let the key in the safety box. I hope you charge the client before, specially additional about his low level behavior after all also towards us at the location. I ask you what is your response and acting about this also towards us? Best regards Buehlmann-Miyake
Guido BI was specifically told that I could drop off the dolly with the truck. I got charged for an extra day even though the dolly was dropped off a day before.
